Danger Bearing

One of the biggest points of confusion with Danger Bearings is understanding the difference between heading/COG vs CHANGE in bearing. If you look at the bearing as a heading. This is the core confusion behind NLT (Not Less Than) or NMT (No More Than). It has nothing to do with the direction this idea sends you on the compass rose, it is how the compass bearing CHANGES, and if this change in number if ‘lower’ or ‘higher’. Example, the lower the numerical value of the bearing on your compass, (i.e. the more it is North), then the more South you have moved.
